Bowtech Archery is excited to share that in the kickoff his 2022 indoor season, Tim Gillingham came out strong with a win at the Lancaster Archery Classic. Out of the gate in the qualification rounds, Tim didn’t pull any punches sitting 1 point off the leader. The head-to-head matches are what Tim lives for, making quick work if his opponents all the way to the shoot-up, where he slammed the door.

The Lancaster Archery Classic is one of the fastest growing archery tournaments in history. The 60-arrow qualification round, followed by head-to-head matches in a “shoot-your-way-to-the-top” grand finale, make for great, close competition. This format truly test archers’ skill and endurance.

When asked about the tournament, Tim Gillingham shared: "Out of the gate I was feeling super confident behind the Reckoning 38. It was hold rock steady for me and all I had to do was execute the shot. I like to try a lot of different things to perfect my game and the best decision I could ever make was the Reckoning 38”

"With an indoor victory out of the gate, everyone knows Tim once again means business.” said Dave Parker, VP of Product Marketing. "He’s obviously put in the offseason training time. 2022 id looking great for Tim, and we look forward to watching.”

February 3rd, Tim steps on the line at the NFAA Vegas World Championships, in Las Vegas NV. Additionally at the end of February, Tim will be competition at the first ASA pro Am event for 2022.
