More ways to Win Big with Gearhead Archery

Gearhead Archery will be offering a contingency program this year at 7 ASA shoots. Winning with Gearhead is easy with 26 classes paying to the podium.

Gearhead makes a bold move in the contingency for the Crossbow class. We will give $5,000 for first, $2,000 for second and $1,000 for third when shooting a Gearhead crossbow. Skip Peterson of Gearhead Archery says; “We are really trying to help the Crossbow class grow. We feel our crossbow is the best production crossbow made and hopefully this contingency will encourage more shooters to shoot the Gearhead.” The Gearhead X16 Target is perfectly balanced, it shoots standard arrow nocks and can be paper tuned. The Trigger Tech trigger box comes standard on the X16 Target Crossbow with a 2-pound trigger pull with zero creep.

The other 25 classes with contingency come with a special bonus bump. If the shooter podiums with a Gearhead T24, T20 or T18, they will receive a 30% increase to the contingency payout. Peterson continues; “our goal is to show a shorter axel to axel bow can be accurate and reward the shooters willing to shoot the shorter bows.”

Gearhead Archery looks forward to competing at the ASA tournaments in 2018. A complete listing of ASA classes receiving contingency money is posted on the Gearhead Archery website.
