Evansville, IN (June 24, 2019) – Bear Archery announced today their new business model designed to serve retailers at the highest level through the formation of the Bear Archery Group. The Bear Archery Group sales team will represent the Bear family of brands as well as a limited number of manufacturers in the outdoor industry.

The Bear Archery Group, an external sales force housed within the Bear Archery organization consists of 13 top-tier sales representatives providing nationwide coverage to dealers, distributors, major retail chains and buy groups. The group will represent Bear Archery, Bear X Crossbows, Trophy Ridge, Cajun Bowfishing, Fletcher Archery, SIK Broadheads, Rocket Broadheads, and a limited number of partner manufacturers.

“By having a much narrower portfolio of brands to represent than the traditional rep group, we will be able to give our customers more attention, truly focusing on their needs and provide a higher level of service,” says Dave Parker, Bear Archery General Manager. “We will also be partnering with a small group of manufacturers that we will represent. We will be able to provide great value as a rep group to these manufacturers as we will offer nationwide coverage as well as coverage to all the dealers, major retailers, and buy groups.”

Leading the Bear Archery Group will be JR Neidlinger as the newly appointed Dealer Sales Manager. During his 15-year tenure with Bear Archery, Neidlinger has served at the Customer Service Supervisor for over seven years and has become exceptionally familiar with the network of archery dealers.
