This weekend in Pipestem, WV, competitive archery was finally back in action! Coming back from what many say may have been a season ending injury, Tim Gillingham brought home the top spot on the podium in the PSR class with the Bowtech Reckoning 38.

Day 1 Tim put up a great score sitting only 2 points back from the lead going into day 2 among a field of historically dominating professional senior competitors. Tim felt strong going into day 2 with his Reckoning 38 and put the “hammer” down to end the day in solid first place.

When asked about his performance, Tim shared: “I was feeling really good after day 1 and after practicing a few hours Saturday night I was even more confident going into Sunday I would take the lead. Sunday felt great and the Reckoning 38 didn’t let me down. The wind was crazy in the shoot off, but the Reckoning 38 held solid to bring home the victory.”

With the competitive season back in action we look forward to Tim Gillingham and his Reckoning 38 continuing to set the bar with accuracy second to none.
