DiamondBack Covers Joins Forces With Industry Leaders To Combat Human Trafficking

Outdoor enthusiasts have long known that there's a great deal of freedom to enjoy in the mountains, woods and waters of our world. The brands they support know it, too. Each season, consumers are offered the means and motivation they need to get lost, and gain some independence and peace of mind in our wild, natural places. Millions of Americans will launch their exploration of the outdoors this year. Next year, millions more.

While this freedom to explore and enjoy outdoor recreation seems a common and natural right, we're reminded that not everyone is afforded the same luxury. Most people are unaware that modern-day slavery and human trafficking exists, and is an everyday threat to millions of people. A staggering 2.1 million people are forced into slavery each year. We're talking about real people being bought, sold, traded against their will.

DiamondBack Covers has partnered with Last Line of Defense to help do something about this appalling reality. The team purchased a pickup truck - a 2020 Ford F250 Tremor - built it into the ultimate adventure truck, and in January 2022 will raffle it off to raise money in support of the fight against slavery.

As other major outdoor and vehicle accessory brands got wind of the project, many quickly signed on to lend their muscle to the cause. The project truck now includes accessories and components from top brands in the vehicle and outdoor industries.

Money raised through this effort will go directly to A21, a global and well-respected anti-human trafficking organization. A21 works to educate the general public and the vulnerable among us, while actively rescuing and rehabilitating victims of modern slavery.

At the conclusion of the project, the keys to this incredible pickup will be handed over to one lucky difference-maker.
