Want to learn more about public land hunting while also sharpening your waterfowl hunting skills?
Don't miss this opportunity Saturday, Sept. 6 at the Kaw Wildlife Management Area to spend a day outdoors with family and friends, while learning something new!
You will have the option to shoot clay targets at the WMA's newly built shooting range, learn about how to hunt Oklahoma's public land, explore Kaw WMA and attend a waterfowl hunting workshop.
Bring your family and stay for a weekend hunting or fishing and camp at any of the 250+ campsites. There is free primitive camping in designated areas on Kaw WMA (WMA Map here) for anyone holding a valid hunting or fishing license, no reservation needed. Other campsite reservations can be made here.
