Kinsey’s Focused on Strategic Growth and Investment with New Hires

Mount Joy, PA — Kinsey’s is focused on strategic growth and investment in all aspects of the business. The company recently added five new hires, promoted two current employees, and actively seeking two additional hires. With the current growth in archery and recent expansion into FFL distribution, the changes were necessary to help better serve the growing customer base.

Kinsey’s welcomed aboard three new Regional Sales Representatives serving the independent retail segment - Colin Shable, Cody Jackson, and Jake Arienzo. Each is an active enthusiast in the industry. With the addition of these new team members, Kinsey’s bolsters the independent retail team to better serve the growing segment. Two additional hires are still being sought, one sales representative, and one sales support assistant.

Preferring to promote from within, Kinsey’s re-invested in the career growth of existing team members. Adam “Lenny” Lenhard moved to Alternative Sales while Jon Duckett moved to Purchasing. These internal moves help Kinsey’s to re-align talented team members in other areas of interest within the company.

The Kinsey’s Consumer Brands Division equally invested in new hires. Building on the importance of product strategy, innovation, and value add, Nick Franks was welcomed aboard as Consumer Brands Division – Brand Sales Manager. Franks has been an industry innovator and retail store manager for the last six years. His hands-on independent retail experience will provide guidance and support to the Alpine Archery, BlackHeart Gear, Elevation, Fin-Finder, and October Mountain Product lines.

Franks added, “The independent retailer is one of the most important parts of the supply chain and Kinsey’s has its finger on the pulse of what retailers need to be successful. I am excited to be a part of such an innovative team and I look forward to all of the good work we will do in the future!”

Kyle Warfel has been hired as Tech Support and Logistics Coordinator for the Consumer Brands Division. Kyle’s role will support trade shows, consumer event coordination, and product procurement needs.

Justin Gorman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, expressed his excitement about the recent organizational moves. “The market is moving fast right now. Spotting resource needs and acting quickly is important in a fast-paced sales environment. Continuing to hire dynamic employees that add value to our customers is a priority as we build our growth strategy.”

Kinsey’s has invested in its future by adding highly qualified individuals. As their business needs continue to grow, so has their team. The new changes will allow Kinsey’s to continue long term strategic growth into the future.
