Sales Leadership Changes at PRADCO Outdoor Brands

Birmingham, AL - PRADCO Outdoor Brands, an industry leader producing game cameras, treestands, game calls, scents, attractants, game feeders, and fishing lures under some of the industry's top brands, proudly announces the addition of two senior sales leaders and industry veterans.

Shaun McPhail Joins PRADCO as VP - Sales, Hunting Division
Shaun McPhail joins PRADCO Outdoor Brands as VP of Sales for the Hunting Division. In this leadership role, McPhail will be responsible for all revenue-generation for the Hunting Division, across all channels and markets. McPhail will work directly with Bart Stephens, General Manager of the Hunting Division, and other members of the POB Hunting Leadership team to drive growth strategies for the company's hunting brands: Knight & Hale, Code Blue, Summit, and Moultrie.

McPhail has more than 15 years' experience leading the sales function in the competitive Sporting Goods, Backyard Patio and Marine and Waters Sports markets. He most recently served as Director of National Sales for Masterbuilt Manufacturing. Prior to Masterbuilt, McPhail worked for The Coleman Company for more than 10 years in several progressively responsible sales roles, ultimately serving as Director of National Accounts.

Shaun is a passionate upland bird and traditional bow hunter.


Brian Malone Joins PRADCO as VP - Regional Sales
Brian Malone joins PRADCO Outdoor Brands as Vice President of Regional Sales, where he will manage PRADCO's Territory Sales team, which serves the dealer, distributor and buying group channels for both the Hunting and Fishing Divisions.

Malone joins PRADCO with a very strong sales background in the outdoor industry, where he's spent the past 11 years at Outtech, Inc., most recently as Senior Director of Sales. He started his career in retail and as a manufacturer's representative, and he brings a deep understanding of both the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

"We are excited to have Brian onboard to help drive our growth in this key leadership role. He is a terrific addition to the PRADCO family," stated Robert Schoenvogel, President of PRADCO Outdoor Brands.

Brian has a passion for archery, firearms, and waterfowl hunting. He spends any spare minute in the outdoors, usually hunting or trail running.
