A longtime, award-winning journalist and dedicated bowhunter/outdoorsman, Melotik, 49, was most recently the editor of Bowhunting World and Archery Business magazines. During his 17-plus-year tenure with those titles, Melotik helped lead them to numerous editorial excellence awards, which included accolades for smart and insightful product field-testing.

Melotik lives in Minnesota with his wife Julie and three children.
