NDA Partners with ATA and CWD Alliance to Deliver Latest Information on Chronic Wasting Disease

The National Deer Alliance (NDA) and Archery Trade Association (ATA) teamed up with the CWD Alliance to create an infographic full of information on CWD

INDIANA, Pa. —The National Deer Alliance (NDA), Archery Trade Association (ATA) and the CWD Alliance aligned efforts to bring a compelling, comprehensive chronic wasting disease (CWD) infographic together. The graphic encompasses all things CWD—with everything from how it affects wild cervids to specific guidelines on how to process and dispose of harvested deer.

Joining forces with two other respected organizations like the ATA and CWD Alliance to educate hunters on how to combat CWD spreads the message that much farther. In addition to the infographic, several new videos, articles and contributions from the country’s top deer and disease experts are available now on NationalDeerAlliance.com.

“The NDA, ATA and CWD Alliance all share a desire to provide the most accurate and timely information related to CWD,” said NDA president and CEO Nick Pinizzotto. “This infographic is packed with important details, is easy to read and follow and provides important high-level statistics we need all hunters to know.”

The spread of CWD is something that affects hunters and non-hunters alike. Getting the best available information and science-based data to hunters of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels is essential. Educating the general public is also important to convey the economic impact and other positive influences deer have outside the hunting community.

More information about the NDA and their mission to protect the hunting heritage and wild deer conservation can be found at NationalDeerAlliance.com. Deer enthusiasts are encouraged to sign up for free NDA membership and begin receiving exclusive news and benefits.
