B3 Archery, which manufactures release aids, broadheads and bow sights, introduced the BG Pro and BG Ghost releases, which were designed in conjunction with world number-one-ranked men’s compound archer Braden Gellenthien. The company also released the B3 Infinity Pro release.

All three releases are hinge-style or backtension releases. The BG Pro is a brass release with a micro-adjustable sear for speeding up or slowing down the firing point. The BG Ghost is basically the same release, except it has B3’s unique powder coat finish, which gives the release handle some grit for hand traction.

The B3 Infinity Pro is an updated version of the B3 Infinity, which has been in B3’s lineup for a while. It’s available in brass or stainless steel, and also has the micro-adjustable sear.

All of the new releases have a brand-new, patent-pending sear mechanism that’s shaped like a pelican, as opposed to the traditional moon or half-moon sears. The pelican-shaped sear is what allows for the micro-adjustability of the releases.
