This Fall: Get Out There! Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel and World Fishing Network’s New Slate of Programming Begins

DENVER – Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel and World Fishing Network presented by Midway are encouraging viewers to “Get Out There!” Enjoy all that the woods and waters have to offer. The new slate of programming starting on Monday, September 26 gives viewers the inspiration needed for these adventures. Catch original premieres and new episodes from returning series focused on hunt, shoot, fish, adventure, and the wild food lifestyle across all three networks for the fall hunting, angling and shooting seasons.

Outdoor Channel delivers a “Taste of the Wild” on Monday evenings beginning at 7 p.m. ET with new episodes showcasing field-to-fork fare. Seasons 1-2 of Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen arrive this fall and award-winning chef Yia Vang is ready to showcase how to eat invasive and feral species in his new series, Feral, in November. School is back in session with the ultimate “how-to” for wild game cooking in a new season of Wild Game Masterclass with Mike Robinson in December. Finally, don’t miss new episodes from the first season of Field Ethos, as well as the crew from Michael Waddell’s Bone Collector as they pursue new species to hunt and new antics.

·Andrew Zimmern’s Wild Game Kitchen (Season 1 airs now and Season 2 debuts Monday, October 24 at 9 p.m. ET): As a lifelong outdoorsman and chef, Andrew Zimmern demystifies cooking wild food over an open fire, creating delicious and easy meals, while sharing tips for sourcing, butchering and preparing game meat and fish.

·Feral (Premieres Monday, November 28 at 9 p.m. ET): There are thousands of invasive and feral animal species around the world and most of them are delicious. From wild hog hunting to silver carp fishing, adventure-loving culinary explorer Yia Vang is ready to chase, catch, cook and eat all the crazy creatures that have overstayed their welcome.

·Wild Game Masterclass (Begins December 12 at 7 p.m. ET): Tune in for the ultimate “how-to” for those wanting to dive deeper into the technical aspects of utilizing wild food in this 10-part series.

·Field Ethos (Thursdays, 9 p.m. ET): The team takes on a conversation about the sporting, adventure lifestyle including: fishing in Florida, diving for shellfish, hunting, sport shooting, overlanding, travel, men’s lifestyle and of course, guns and gear.

·Michael Waddell’s Bone Collector (Sundays, 9:30 p.m. ET): Hosts Michael Waddell, Nick Mundt, and Travis "T-Bone" Turner will take the Outdoor Channel viewer across the globe in their enthralling, always entertaining "warts and all" style that viewers have come to know and love.

Sportsman Channel wants viewers to be prepped for success this fall hunting season. When not spending time in the woods, tune in for great tips from new episodes such as HARDCORE Pursuit, Larry Smith Outdoors, The Maverick, North American Whitetail or The Most Wanted List. Brand new series to the network include: Legendary TV and Goose Fever. Inspiration and education for all levels of hunters are guaranteed at the new Hunting Film Tour from 5:30-8:00 p.m. ET on October 8.
