GAS Bowstrings Celebrates Successes at NFAA Indoor Nationals

The National Field and Archery Association (NFAA) Indoor Nationals concluded in an exhilarating finale, marking the end of the indoor archery season with a series of impressive performances and thrilling competitions.

In a remarkable display of precision, Paige Pearce emerged victorious in the women’s compound championship division, as the sole woman to achieve a perfect score of 600 with 120x. Tanja Gellenthien demonstrated exceptional talent, securing second place in a closely contested competition.

The senior men’s compound championship division saw a riveting showdown between three archers tied for first place. Two archers who were in the tie were GAS shooters Bill Drake and Lynn Hoch. After a tense shoot-off match, Lynn Hoch claimed third place while Bill Drake was crowned champion.

The men’s compound championship division witnessed intense competition, featuring a nineteen-way shoot-off for first place. GAS Shooters including Mathias Fullerton, Braden Gellenthien, Lewis Holmes, Nick Kappers, Zach Plonsky, and Mike Schloesser showcased their skills in a series of intense rounds. Ultimately, Mathias Fullerton emerged victorious, securing back-to-back NFAA National Championship titles following his recent triumph at the Vegas Shoot.
