Archery Engineer, Crosman Corp.



Crosman Corporation, is looking for an Archery Engineer. Crosman's roots began with a simple yet powerful credo of quality and innovation. From its inception, Crosman's principal products have served the shooting sports, primarily airguns and airgun ammunition. Today, Crosman has a diversified product lineup that includes optics, archery, and airsoft products, while continuing sustained growth in airguns.

The positon will be responsible for assisting in the development of new projects (NPD) for both new and existing archery products, while working with vendors and a cross-functional team. This position will enhance the engineering efforts on NPD projects from conception through production launch while following Product Development Stage Gate Process
Bachelor of Science in engineering required. Graduate degree preferred and 3-5 years of archery product design and development required. Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, ability to organize and be proactive, commitment to managing & meeting deadlines, effective planning/organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, set priorities, and attain goals. Demonstrated prototyping/design validation model building skills, experience with 3D CAD modeling (Solid Works preferred), part and assembly models, in-depth knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes superior communication skills-verbal and written history of being a strong team player. Experience with intellectual property a plus.
