USA Archery hosted its annual Target Nationals, USAT Series Finale and US Open. Carbon Express was well represented at this event with several top pros and shooters in multiple categories.
Carbon Express had shooters in Senior Recurve Men, Senior Compound Men, Senior Compound Women, 50+ Compound Women, and Barebow Senior Men.
The Event started with the USAT Series Finale. This is the first year of the USAT Series Finale and James "Jimmy" Lutz entered the event as the top seed. Jimmy ended up shooting for the Gold Medal in the final match against Mike Schloesser. Jimmy prevailed as the Champion of the first ever USAT Series Final. Jimmy followed that performance by taking 3rd in the USA Archery National Championship. Team Carbon Express Pro Robby Weissinger took the National Championship in the Senior Men's Barebow. With having the number 1 seed going into the US Open Robby put up a great fight and ended up on the podium in 3rd Place. Robby also placed 2nd in the Team Round. Robby is also the field national champion received the Shooter of the year award for top Barebow shooters in indoor, Outdoor and Field. Robby was shooting the Carbon Express Nano Pro Xtreme 650s.
