The Academy Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and daily operations of a premier archery academy serving beginners to elite level athletes.

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality instruction, innovative programming, and exceptional customer experiences, while driving growth through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a background in sports program management or recreation leadership, and has strong organizational, leadership and communication skills, among other qualifications.
