Position Summary

Blaser USA is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Sales & Account Manager to lead rifle sales growth throughout Texas and neighboring states, with a primary focus on the Texas market. This field-based role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, developing dealer relationships, and driving sales performance across the Blaser Group portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the Blaser brand.

The ideal candidate is an experienced firearms industry professional with a proven sales background, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for growing market share. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently while delivering measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive rifle sales growth across the assigned territory, with primary emphasis on Texas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through closing and ongoing account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key industry partners.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to support inventory management, product education, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, customer demonstrations, and promotional activities designed to increase product awareness and sales.
  • Represent Blaser USA at trade shows, industry events, dealer meetings, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration throughout the territory.
  • Provide product training and support to dealer staff and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account records, and activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and strategic business objectives.
  • Monthly in-person sales meeting in San Antonio, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the firearms industry is required.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, territory management, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the rifle market, dealer network, and consumer sales environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while delivering sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Candidate must reside in Texas or geographical sales territory.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly by vehicle and air.
