Back to Where it Began with Brothers Chris & Casey Keefer on
“Dropped: Project Origin” Airing Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel
DENVER – More than a decade ago, brothers Chris and Casey Keefer ventured north to the Brooks Range of Alaska to film 'Dropped' – and now they return with Dropped: Project Origin airing Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel.
The original ‘Dropped’ pushed the brothers' mental and physical limitations to the very edge as they attempted to survive stringent and taxing conditions in the extraordinarily isolated Alaskan bush. Chris and Casey journey back to where it all began to discover if their drive to survive has remained the same and to see if they still have what it takes to provide for their own basic human needs.
Listen to Chris Keefer talk about what makes this season of "Dropped" different from their first experience in the Brooks Range on Outdoor Trails Network. He discusses the challenges of hunting and the logistics of meat care while living off the land. Chris also talks about safety while off grid and close call situations. Plus, he explains what it's like to be so far from civilization and how disconnecting from the rest of the world helps him reconnect with what's important.
