PRADCO Outdoor Brands Announces Sales Team Update

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. - July 18, 2023 - PRADCO Outdoor Brand’s Hunting Division announces new hires for their sales division, including Heath Stanford as Director of Sales, Jimmy Smith as National Sales Manager, and Joshua Liley as ecommerce Sales Manager.

“We are elated to have Heath, Jimmy, and Josh in their new Sales Leadership roles," said Brian Malone, Vice President and General Manager, PRADCO Signature Game and Land Management. “Adding these three talented individuals rounds out our strong existing sales arm and puts PRADCO Hunting in the best position to service our retail partners.”

With over 50 years of combined experience in the outdoor industry and shared passion for hunting and wildlife, PRADCO’s new sales team provides unmatched knowledge and resources to aid in the growth and success of the company's sales efforts and strategies.

New Director of Sales Heath Stanford, joins the team from within the PRADCO family, previously holding a similar position at Texas Hunter Products. Heath has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industry and will oversee all sales efforts for PRADCO Hunting, including national accounts, and manage the entire sales team.

“Heath quickly proved to be a strategic thinker and leader while managing sales for Texas Hunter Products and is already having a positive impact as our new Director of Sales for PRADCO Hunting.” Malone explains.

Accompanying him is Jimmy Smith, PRADCO's National Sales Manager. He will hold responsibility for managing regional, distributor, independent, and buying group accounts.

Malone shared, “I have personally witnessed Jimmy’s 18 years of successful sales agency experience in the hunting industry, working with both manufacturers and retailers and am humbled to have him join the team.”

Last but certainly not least is Joshua Liley, ecommerce Sales Manager, who joins both PRADCO's Moultrie Mobile and Signature Game & Land Management teams, setting account strategy and driving execution to meet and exceed sales goals across ecommerce platforms.

Brian concluded, "The final piece of the puzzle was supporting our ecommerce channels. Josh achieves that by joining PRADCO Hunting with 16+ years of ecommerce sales leadership experience with several outdoor brands showing consistent growth over his term.”
