The Archery Trade Association announced Rob Kaufhold, founder of Lancaster Archery Supply, as the 2026 ATA Industry Icon Award recipient. Kaufhold's contributions include founding Lancaster Archery Supply, establishing the Lancaster Archery Academy, launching Competition Archery Media, and creating the Lancaster Archery Foundation, which has awarded over $150,000 in scholarships and grants to support archery participation.
The Archery Trade Association announced Marilyn Bentz and Barb Terry as 2026 ATA Impact Award recipients at the January 7 Industry Celebration event presented by Mossy Oak. Bentz, executive director of the National Bowhunter Education Foundation since 2003, and Terry, trade show coordinator and pro staff manager at TenPoint Crossbow Technologies, were recognized for inspiring participation in archery and bowhunting.

Dallas Safari Club announced Wayne F. Farnsworth, Jr. as the 2026 recipient of the Dr. Bob Speegle Outstanding Hunting Achievement Award. Farnsworth, a dedicated outdoorsman with 36 years of ethical, fair-chase hunting across all six continents, was recognized for his exceptional commitment to the sport and his physically demanding mountain hunts pursuing sheep and goats worldwide.
Kenny Wilson was awarded the Pope & Young Conservation Award at the 34th Biennial Pope & Young Convention. The Pope and Young Club is North America's leading voice and supporter of bowhunting and related conservation issues and projects.
