The Archery Trade Association (ATA) has chosen Matt Kormann of Marietta, Ga., as its next president/CEO after a nationwide executive search. Kormann will succeed Jay McAninch, who announced earlier this year that 2017 would be his final year as president/CEO. Kormann is expected to begin his ATA tenure Oct. 16.

Labor Day weekend marked a milestone for Cherokee Nation and the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. With financial help from the Archery Trade Association (ATA), the state officially opened the Joe Thornton Archery Range, its third public archery park, and the first range built on the state's tribal lands.
