Lancaster Archery Supply, the world’s largest archery supplier, is looking for several people who are knowledgeable and passionate about archery to fill key, full- and part-time positions in our Pro Shop and a full-time position in our Customer Service Department.

Located just minutes outside of Lancaster, Pa., the LAS Pro Shop covers 10,000 square feet, all of which is dedicated to the various forms of archery – compound target and 3-D, Olympic recurve, bowhunting, traditional and recreational.

TechXperts – that’s what we call our Pro Shop technicians - are responsible for everything from helping customers select the right equipment in all disciplines, to repairing and setting up bows and arrows, to instructing customers on how to use various pieces of archery equipment – all in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with the latest and greatest archery equipment on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Passion for archery as an all-encompassing sport, with experience in at least one discipline. (Please include all archery knowledge/experience when applying to this position.)
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivating; able to work independently and in a team
• Must be able to work day/evening and weekend hours

The LAS Distribution Center in Leola, Pa., houses the Customer Service Department, among others. Our Customer Service TechXPerts handle phone calls from customers seeking advice on choosing the right archery equipment, and placing orders with the company. LAS needs technically-minded workers who enjoy working with the public in helping them advance their archery knowledge and skill.

Requirements:

• Passion for archery as an all-encompassing sport, with experience in at least one discipline is required (Please include all archery knowledge/experience when applying to this position.)
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and employees
• Detail oriented with strength in multi-tasking
• Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work evening and weekend hours
• Desire to uphold values and integrity of the company through sound ethical decisions
