Scott Archery/CBE's Braden Gellenthien Wins Gold in Marrakesh

West Henrietta, NY – Custom Bow Equipment and Scott Archery shooter Braden Gellenthien has taken home the gold medal at the Indoor World Championships in Marrakesh, Morocco.

In the compound gold medal match, Gellenthein, the Hyundai Archery World Cup Champion, reigned over his student Jesse Clayton who took second, with a final score of 146-148. The match was a nail-biter, as the two exchanged arrow for arrow until Clayton dropped three ninths.

"Comfort, consistency, and confidence are the keys to success at the professional level. Scott releases and CBE sights provide me with the comfort and consistency needed to compete and win against the world's best. The confidence part comes in knowing that I have the best equipment in my hands and on my bow," said Gellenthein. "I couldn't be prouder to represent these companies and I know that their support, innovation and technologies are paramount to my success."

"As the end of the 2017 calendar year comes to a close, the beginning of the 2018 indoor archery season begins; and to see this level of competition this early in the season is incredible," said Darrin Christenberry, Scott Archery and CBE pro staff manager. "World class shooters depend on world class equipment, and the entire Scott and CBE team is excited to see what this season has in store for us."
