West Henrietta, NY – Scott Archery was in the spotlight at the ASA 3D season opener in Foley, Alabama this past weekend, with Scott shooters taking the top 2 podium finishes in the Open Pro and Known Pro divisions.

"Our Scott shooters killed the competition this weekend in Foley!" said Scott Archery President Eric Griggs. "The accuracy and dependability of our releases continue to shine in the woods and on the tournament trail."

Longtime Scott pro staffer, Tommy Gomez used his Sigma release during the regulation round to best all competitors and then made the seamless switch to the new Scott Advantage back tension release for the pressure packed shoot-off. Fellow pro Scott pro staffer Darrin Christenberry finished directly behind Gomez in 2nd, also shooting a Sigma and later switching to an Advantage, while Scott pro staffers Chris Hacker and David Rose also had solid top 10 finishes.

In the new Known Pro division, Scott newcomer Jacob Marlow used his Longhorn release to finish at the top of the podium with Chance Beaubouef ending closely behind him in 2nd place, shooting his Scott Focus release.
