Job Opening: Internet Sales Associate Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Outside Sales Lead Job Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552

The ideal candidate will support the management team, sales staff and Ecommerce Sales Lead by managing ecommerce accounts and related transactions of Kinsey's Outdoors retail store. The Internet Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining satisfied customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience to all Ecommerce customers through the proper handling of inventory, auctions, Ecommerce site policies, shipping, and customer returns. Accuracy, adaptability, the ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm, good communication and understanding of effective teamwork are necessary assets for this individual to possess.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Manage current Ecommerce accounts
Increase sales on existing sights and pursue additional Ecommerce opportunities
Resolve customer complaints and returns
Maintain knowledge of products
Maintain online inventory
Maintain knowledge of online procedures and policies
Maintain appearance of internet auctions and listings

Position Requirements
Knowledge of computers, internet use and Office related programs is a must
Photography experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills
