FAIRFAX, VA — The National Deer Alliance (NDA) is proud to announce a significant contribution from Vista Outdoor of $35,000 to support the future of deer and deer hunting. NDA was created in 2014 to serve as the guardian for wild deer conservation and our hunting heritage.

"Vista Outdoor's generous contribution to NDA will help us continue to move forward on key initiatives, such as deer disease and hunter access, that we recently outlined in our strategic plan," said Nick Pinizzotto, CEO of National Deer Alliance.

According to Ryan Bronson, Vista's Director of Conservation, the NDA is emerging at a critical time. "Deer are the most important game species for our hunting customers from coast to coast, but there has never been one unified organization focused on these keystone species," Bronson said. "We need a strong alliance to defend our public lands, battle the diseases that are a constant threat to wild deer, and improve the standing of hunter-conservationists in society."
