Description
  • Drive strategy, development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns and events
  • Lead enterprise stakeholders on campaign and event related initiatives by designing marketing solutions that support company goals
  • Responsible for defining campaign and event objectives, strategies and desired results
  • Organize ideation session and ensure action plans and notes are appropriately communicated to all stakeholders
  • Maintain calendar dates and ensure all timelines are met by stakeholders throughout the enterprise
  • Provide regular status reports & communications
  • Deliver post mortem analysis on all campaign and event contributions to identify key leanings and best practices
  • Apply knowledge of marketing principles to effectively drive differentiation and innovation of company brand
  • Partner with outside agencies as needed to ensure alignment with goals and priorities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
  • 4+ years' retail marketing experience
  • Project management and brand management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external, including investors, directors and executive officers
  • Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
  • Consistently operate with the highest level of discernment and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to operate professionally, effectively, and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team
  • Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
