USSA Seeks In-House Designer

The U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance and Foundation seeks an in-house designer for their Columbus, Ohio, headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design for print and digital mediums, videography and a passion for the outdoors sports of hunting and fishing.

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will head up design and printing of intra-departmental content that promotes the brand across all mediums; including live events (creation and printing of flyers, banners and brochures) and membership materials (renewal letters, stationery, appeals and media kits), as well as primary duties of designing and laying out a small monthly membership magazine and helping to "tell our story" through creative design, infographics and even videography for our YouTube channel, social media and national television commercials.

While graphic design is the primary responsibility, the ideal candidate would demonstrate ability to plan videos via storyboard, write scripts, and possess thorough knowledge of photography and video/audio production.

Requirements

 Associates or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or Art/Marketing with a focus in Graphic Design

 Proven organizational skills and ability to successfully interact and collaborate with executive-level individuals to

 Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Collection (predominantly Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) and video-editing software (Final Cut Pro X)

 Strong creative design, conceptual planning, and ability to collaborate on layouts
