Lancaster Archery Supply continues to grow and is hiring! The Lancaster, Pa., based company has openings in several areas of the business, but is immediately looking to fill positions in its Pro Shop, Academy and Customer Service.

Full- and part-time technicians are needed in the shop to work with customers on a daily basis, getting them fitted with the right archery equipment. Also needed in the shop are cashiers, and employees who work to make sure the shop has adequate inventory. Full Time Customer Service Technicians are also needed to answer customers’ questions and take orders over the phone.

The Lancaster Archery Academy is a full-service facility located in the Pro Shop building that is dedicated to teaching archers of all ages and abilities. The Academy has full- and part-time positions available. USA Archery Level 2 Instructor certification is required, but for those who don’t currently have it, it can be obtained within 60 days of the hiring date. Most important is a passion for archery and for teaching others about it.
