STAN Outdoors has partnered with Lancaster Archery Supply for its all-new Contingency Program.
Auburn, NY – STAN Outdoors has announced an all-new Contingency Program for the 2023 season. STAN Outdoors will be awarding amateur contingency in the form of Lancaster Archery Supply gift cards and will also offer a cash contingency payout in professional divisions. “We’re incredibly excited to be offering a contingency program and supporting our ever-increasing number of people shooting STAN releases, going to these tournaments is expensive and we wanted to provide a way of saying thanks!” commented STAN’s CEO Pete Crawford, “We went this route so that the money awarded for contingency will continue to go towards archery, not just for our company but the industry as a whole.”

Amateur:
All tournaments and classes payout will be the same and in the form of a gift card redeemable at Lancaster Archery Supply and lancasterarchery.com.

Professional:
All tournaments and classes payout will be the same.
1st Place: $300
2nd Place: $200
3rd Place: $100

- NFAA Indoor Nationals

Contingency Rules and Stipulations:
- In order to be eligible, archers are required to shoot the entirety of the tournament with a Stan Outdoors release aid.
- All archers must be competing in adult divisions to qualify for contingency.
- Archers must be competing in a class with at least 10 people registered in it.
- All archers must be in good standing and eligible winners by determination of the tournament organization.
- Archers under professional contracts must shoot in a men/women professional class at that tournament.
- Archers must register for contingency no more than 5 days after awards of the tournament in question. Please register by emailing sarah@stanoutdoors.com.
- If there is a Stan Outdoors Booth at the tournament you are registering contingency for, you can register in the sign-up book at the booth.
- Registration must include the archer’s name, proof of winning (picture from the podium), the tournament name and where it was held, and the archer’s overall placement. All information must be complete and accurate in order to be awarded contingency.
- If there is a tie, contingency payment will be split between the archers.
- Payouts are awarded to the top three in each division, not each flight.
- An archer that is awarded contingency payouts must file their own taxes on payout.
- Stan Outdoors will provide contingency checks within 30 days of the final day to register for contingency (35 days after tournament awards). All contingency registrations will be verified with the tournament organization.
- Archers collecting professional contingency must be competing in one of the following classes: Men’s Pro, Women’s Pro, Senior Pro, Known Pro, Unknown Pro, Known 50, or Women’s Known 50.
Stan Outdoors reserves the right to refuse contingency payout to anyone who does not meet the above requirements. Stan Outdoors reserves the right to change eligible tournaments
or payouts at its own discretion at any time without notice.
