COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – USA Archery is grateful to announce a growing partnership with Archery Advocates Association. Archery Advocates Association provides individual sponsorships and team and school grants to youth archery, with an emphasis whenever possible on adaptive and disadvantaged youth programs, such as single parent programs.
As part of Archery Advocates Association’s sponsorship of USA Archery, they will return as the sponsor of the Ice Cream Social at the 2019 JOAD National Target Championships, this summer in Raleigh, North Carolina. This year’s event, powered by Archery Advocates Association, provided free ice cream sundaes, delicious BBQ, athlete role model meet and greet autograph opportunities, music, games and prizes to welcome nearly 1,000 archers and their families to the spectacular event and 2019 promises even more fun and excitement!
Archery Advocates Association has also signed on as a supporter of USA Archery’s Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) Grant Program. Through generous donations from Archery Advocates Association, the Ann Hoyt Legacy Fund and the Easton Foundations, JOAD Clubs can request funding up to $2,000 for items such as target butts, stands, archery equipment, general supplies, and coach certifications.
