West Henrietta, NY – The Outdoor Group is excited to announce that Stephen Wasko has accepted the position of Assembly Manager. In his new role, Steve will oversee the production and assembly of all nine brands under the TOG umbrella: Elite Archery, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, SlickTrick Broadheads, Solid Broadheads, Lynch Mob Calls, Duel Game Calls, CAMX Crossbows and Winner’s Choice.

“Having worked my way through various roles within the company over the last seven years, I’m thrilled for the opportunity to lead our teams and build upon our solid core values,” Wasko said.

Steve began his tenure with The Outdoor Group building Elite Archery bows from start to finish which earned him the Elite Team Lead position. He then moved into the Manufacturing Technician and Engineering/Warranty Technician role before his promotion to Assembly Manager.

“Steve has proven himself to be a valuable team member,” said Plant Manager Tommy Gomez. “Steve has a great way of knowing how to prioritize and paying attention to the small details that can make a big difference in how we bring our products to market. I’m looking forward to working with Steve in his new role and in delivering our exceptional products to our customers exactly when they need them most.”
