SUPERIOR, WI — FeraDyne® Outdoors, manufacturer of 19 industry-leading archery brands, is expanding its tech support and customer service team and looking to add a Customer Service/Technical Support Specialist. This entry-level position will help customers and the dealer network get the most out of FeraDyne’s award-winning products.
This is an ideal position for those who love the outdoors!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Offer solutions to customers through technical knowledge of archery and hunting products
· Order entry (from emails, customer portals, web, phone, fax) and order tracking
· Monitor multiple email inboxes
· Handle customer returns and warranties
· Conduct daily communication via phone, email and face-to-face with internal and external customers
· Maintain inventory, organization and cleanliness of the showroom
· Work closely with shipping to ensure shipments are accurate and on time
· Assist in special projects as assigned
· Some travel as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and work with multiple departments
· Good follow-through on customer requests
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Knowledge of hunting and archery accessories is helpful but not required
