“I am truly looking forward to being a part of an organization that understands the need for recruitment of potential new hunters within both youth and adults. Few people are lucky enough to find a career that continues to align with their passion. I’m excited to continue to build upon lasting relationships within non-government organizations, state agencies and the outdoor industry.”

Donise holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Ecology and Management from Iowa State University.

Raised At Full Draw (Bowhunting Camps) is a non-profit organization designed to promote archery, hunting and outdoor education. The goal of the camps is to pass knowledge and techniques on to the next generation, allowing them an opportunity to learn in a safe, hands on environment. An environment where they are to practice immediately the skills they are being taught. In addition, there is a focus on how to hunt responsibly, effectively and learn other attributes of ethics, morals and values that come along with spending outdoors. Camp participants leave camp having built upon their archery skills, but more importantly we want them to leave with an appreciation for hunting and the outdoors as a whole.

RAFD follows the curriculum of the National Bowhunter Education Foundation (NBEF) book which is titled “Todays Bowhunter”. Campers that need or want a bowhunter education certificate will have an opportunity to earn the (NBEF) Certification that is recognized internationally.
