ZEISS has recently created the new Tech Advisor position in order to continue to enhance the level of service and support that our customers have come to expect from ZEISS. The candidate for this position would report to the Thornwood, NY office. This position is focused on consumer and dealer technical support to further improve the ZEISS customer experience.

Candidates for this position are expected to perform at a high level. It is critical that the candidate will be able to clearly understand the ZEISS Sports Optics product lines, be able to share the associated attributes, features, and benefits of each product, and provide training to internal and external customers relating to each product.

Consumer Optics

The Consumer Optics business group combines the company's business with camera and movie lenses, binoculars, spotting scopes, hunting optics, virtual reality headsets and planetarium technology.
