Alliance Outdoor Group, an industry leader in Treestands, Hunting E-Bikes, and Hunting Accessories is currently seeking a Sourcing Director to add to its Apple Valley, MN based team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sourcing Director, you will be responsible for handling the company's sourcing operations, work closely with product development team and overall manage supply partnerships. The successful candidate would have a working background and vast knowledge of this industry including production in Asia.

• Create/design, expand, and source a range of products
• Manage and negotiate pricing with our Asian factories
• Understand our customers' needs, pricing, timing, and quantities
• Maintain product files, aid in writing product manuals
• Work with warehouse management to maintain and refresh warehouse inventory
• Travel to tradeshows and Asian factories
• Back up for Purchasing staff, including placing orders with factories, reviewing pre-production samples, following up on quality issues, and ensuring compliance to our customers' standards
• Support the Product Development team overall

Requirements
• 4-year college degree in related study
• Minimum 3 years experience in product sourcing is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
• Creativity and problem solving
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills
