Members Report Solicitations From Unauthorized Hotel Vendors

In recent weeks, an increasing number of ATA members have contacted the ATA office to report unsolicited calls and emails from unauthorized hotel vendors.

In light of this heightened number of solicitations, the ATA reminds all members to exercise caution and avoid providing full payment to hotel solicitors. The https://www.archerytrade.org/trade-show">ATA Trade Show only guarantees hotel-room rates and availability for reservations made through the https://www.archerytrade.org/trade-show/hotels-and-transportation">Visit Indy Housing Bureau for the 2017 ATA Trade Show, which will take place January 10 to January 12, 2017, in Indianapolis.

The ATA strongly advises against providing full payment in advance to secure room reservations, and further advises that all such requests from purported housing providers or hotel brokers should be handled with caution.

ATA members have identified Global Housing, National Travel Associates and Corporate Booking Services as the companies that have initiated these questionable calls and emails.

Please be aware that the Visit Indy Housing Bureau is the ONLY authorized housing agency of the ATA Trade Show. Any other company that might contact you regarding hotel reservations is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ATA.
