Vista Brands Seeks National Key Accounts Manager for Canada

Job Title: National Key Accounts Sales Manager, Vista Brands

Reports To: Director of International Sales, Canada

Vista Outdoor, a leader in innovative outdoor products is currently looking to hire a National Key Accounts Sales Manager, Vista Brands, to join the Bushnell Canada team located in Vaughan, Ontario. The primary function of this role is business development and accounts management for Vista Brands, Blackhawk, Savage, Federal Premium, Bushnell, Uncle Mikes, Uncle Mikes Tactical, Hoppe's, Weaver, Outers and other ATK brands. Responsibilities will also include working closely with national accounts as well as large chain stores.

Maintaining relationships with key buyers;

Developing new business at retail through assisting sales reps with assortments and product knowledge;

Conducting sales presentations;

Monitoring forecasts and fill rates;

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate sales records;

Quoting prices and delivery dates as well as demonstrate and provide instruction on the use of products;

Creating National Promotions and SMU products;

Keeping informed of new products and information of interest to customers;

Investigating new applications or improvements to products;

Provides marketing intelligence to sales management and may participate in the development of sales forecasts and strategies.

Either a minimum 3 years of experience with a B.A. or related relevant industry experience OR a minimum 1 year experience with a M.B.A or related relevant industry experience.

Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

Sporting, ammunition accessories and firearms knowledge;

Working knowledge of the Canadian fire arms industry as well as familiarity with Canadian fire arms law.
