West Henrietta, NY (June 13, 2016) – The Outdoor Group, LLC (TOG) welcomes Josh Sidebottom as Director of Engineering.

Sidebottom, a Buffalo, NY native holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Dayton, joins TOG with a proven track record and years engineering experience in various industries. In his most recent position as Director of Engineering for Escalade Sports Sidebottom led a group of 20 professionals to conceptualize, design, develop, test and manufacture industry-leading products under the Bear Archery, BearX, Trophy Ridge, Rocket and Cajun Bowfishing brands.

In this position Sidebottom will be responsible for the leadership of TOG's entire engineering department. He will oversee the engineering team from TOG's headquarters located in West Henrietta, NY while working closely with counterpart resources and engineers in TOG's Kentucky facilities. His impact will be felt on the entire TOG family of brands, which currently includes: ELITE Archery, Duel Game Calls, CAMX Crossbows, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, Winner's Choice Custom Bowstrings, Lynch Mob Calls, Slick Trick Broadheads and Solid Broadheads.
