PRADCO Outdoor Brands Seeks E-Commerce Catalog Specialist

Birmingham, AL- PRADCO Outdoor Brands, a division of EBSCO Industries Inc., is currently seeking an E-Commerce Catalog Specialist to work out of the Birmingham office.

The fundamental responsibility of the E-Commerce Catalog Specialist is the upkeep and implementation of all digital brand assets, both internally and externally. In addition to this important function of the marketing team, the position reports to the online marketing manager and will act as the primary contact between key E-Commerce customers and the PRADCO Outdoor Brand Hunting Division.

Scope And Responsibilities:
· Systematically organize and manage digital content (images, videos, copy) for multiple hunting brands.
· Update existing product content on both brand and key retailer websites, while adding new products where applicable.
· Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to ensure product content is accurate, correctly nested and properly distributed.
· Portray a positive image of PRADCO during interactions with all key E-Commerce customer contacts, including buyers and department merchandise managers, division merchandise managers, and general merchandise managers.
· Manage online merchandising, advertising and marketing at Amazon.
· Manage the trade spending budget, pricing and contracts for key E-Commerce customers.

Basic Qualifications:
· B.S. or B.A. from an accredited college/university in marketing, business or related field.
· Three (3) years successfully managing digital assets and online catalogs for e-commerce and/or three (3) years successful experience in a consumer goods customer marketing and /or major account sales organization.

· Understanding of e-commerce best practices including product page optimization, online advertising and SEO.
· Working knowledge of general trade spending, sales planning, forecasting, promotion management and pricing execution.
· Must be very organized with strong attention to detail.
· History and track record of executional excellence; ideally in multi-brand organizations. 

· Ability to manage across the organization. 


Preferred Skills/Experiences:
· A background in the hunting, fishing, sporting goods, big-box retailers or online retail. 

· Experience utilizing Filemaker Pro or other digital assets management systems.
· A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS platforms.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop for data analysis and presentations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

· Some travel required.
