Lu brings with her more than 20 years of expertise in building process at an administrative level, and her talents will be used at Ozonics to directly enhance the consumer experience.

"Lu is a high-energy professional who has a reputation of getting the job done timely and accurately," says Ozonics Director of Operations Stacey Hippen. "We're very excited about what Lu will be able to do to enhance our customer experience avenues."

In this role, Lu is responsible for transferring the ongoing Ozonics practices—internal process improvements, ordering automation procedures, on-site production and shipping—directly to the consumer. Specifically, Ozonics is implementing full-service ordering technologies, allowing the consumer to receive notifications and track their order from point of sale all the way through the shipping process.

"Moving Customer Service to Mason City, Iowa, gives us the opportunity to better coordinate order entry and logistics into a cohesive, streamlined process to better serve our customers," adds Stacey.
