The Outdoor Group (TOG) Seeks Territory Sales Representative

West Henrietta, NY- August 31, 2015: The Outdoor Group (TOG), parent company to premier brands Elite Archery, Duel Game Calls, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, Winner's Choice Custom Bowstrings, Solid Broadheads and Slick Trick Broadheads is currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the geography of Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Services existing customers by clearly and accurately presenting TOG products and programs, obtains and processes orders, and expertly trains sales associates on technical features and benefits of TOG products within assigned territory.
2. Establishes new accounts by planning, organizing and collecting and maintaining active prospect list within assigned territory.
3. Adjusts content and price of sales presentations by studying the type of customer qualification and trade class. Ex: Dealer, Volume Dealer, Distributor.
4. Focuses and prioritizes sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. Ex: A Dealers, B Dealers, C Dealers and Prospect Dealers.
5. Keeps Senior Management and Customer Service informed by submitting requested reports.
6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandizing placement and techniques, and confident dealer feedback of performing products and trends etc.
7. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating field results and competitive developments.
8. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing an action plan; making recommendations to management and executing a positive resolution.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge within our industry, reviews professional publications; establish personal and professional networks.
10. Maintains accurate records of customer activity.
11. Facilitates dealer events in an effort to promote the TOG brands
12. Participates/attends TOG events as necessary (i.e. ATA, Buying Group Shows, Consumer events and Archery shoots.
13. Entertains existing and potential TOG customers as needed with manager approval.
14. Schedule and attend sales calls to promote and sell products
15. Work as a team player.
16. Maintain friendly relations with all customers and employees by showing respect at all times.
