Xenia, Ohio (August 23, 2015) – Tribe Archery, the designer of innovative bows for adults and youth, is inviting the top bowshooters and hunters in the field to compete for a slot on the Tribe Archery Pro Staff for 2016.

The Tribe Archery Pro Staff Search Competition will be a platform for bow enthusiasts to showcase their skills on Tribe's social media and web platforms. Between August 20 and December 7, shooters will be invited to submit photos and videos showing their trials and successes in the field using their favorite Tribe bows. The media will be posted to Tribe's website and the company's Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts, where followers will be able to share, comment and cheer on their favorite competitors.

"This is all about helping bowhunters and serious shooters tell their story while showing us that they have what it takes to join an elite team to promote Tribe bows," said Heath Painter, founder and marketing director for Tribe Archery. "Throughout the season, competitors will be able to chronicle their successes and failures, share hunting tips and upload their trophy photos to our social media platforms and website. We are all about the hunt, and we're excited to invite other serious hunters to join us in sharing that passion."

Tribe Archery will award points based on creativity, quality and professionalism. Only one competitor will be selected to join the pro staff. The winner will be announced at the 2016 ATA show in Louisville, Kentucky, on January 6, 2016, and will receive a Tribe bow of his or her choice along with a Tribe Archery Gear Package.

"The winner will be the personality out in the field and in the media promoting one of the fastest growing bow companies in the market," Painter said.
