Schoenvogel to Lead PRADCO Outdoor Brands

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Robert Schoenvogel has been named President of PRADCO Outdoor Brands (POB), and Bart Stephens has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of POB's Hunting Division. Both will work out of POB's home office in Birmingham.

Schoenvogel has worked for EBSCO, parent company of POB, since 2006 in several leadership roles. He is a former Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of EBSCO Subscription Services (the company's largest revenue division) and currently serves as an EBSCO Group President. He has managed multiple profit centers and international businesses for EBSCO. Prior to his EBSCO experience, Schoenvogel held investment banking and equity research roles for JPMorgan Chase and Priderock Management.

A native of Dallas and a lifelong hunter and fisherman, Schoenvogel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and has an MBA from Virginia's Darden School of Business.

All POB brands and services will report to Schoenvogel. Current leadership structure is:

· Jeff Fallanca, VP of Sales
· Jeff Kisling, VP of Operations
· Sam Touchstone, VP of Finance
· Bryan Bee, Director of IT

Stephens has worked for EBSCO since 2005. He is a former General Manager of Wingscapes, launching the camera brand aimed at bird enthusiasts in 2006. In 2012, Stephens became Director of Marketing and Product Development at Moultrie and led the brand into industry-leading positions in consumer ownership of game cameras and feeders.

Prior to working for EBSCO, Stephens held various positions with Ingram Book Company, The Economist and Southern Progress. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Emory University. Stephens is a native of Birmingham and is an avid, life-long hunter and angler.

All hunting brands – Code Blue, Knight & Hale, Summit and Moultrie – will report to Stephens. POB Hunting continues to operate a manufacturing facility in Decatur, Ala., and an assembly and fulfillment facility in Calera, Ala.
