Sarah Palin Hosts "Hunt.Fish.Feed." in Las Vegas on January 22

NEW BERLIN, WI - Sportsman Channel and former vice presidential candidate and Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin are joining forces to host a Sportsman Channel Hunt.Fish.Feed. event in Las Vegas on Thursday, January 22. Palin, the network's host of Amazing America with Sarah Palin, will join Las Vegas police and Nellis Air Force base volunteers to prepare and serve a special wild boar chili at The Salvation Army from 4-6 p.m. Sportsman Channel's Hunt.Fish.Feed. program will serve more than 1,000 people in need from Las Vegas.

"Sportsman Channel's Hunt.Fish.Feed. is such a worthwhile event," said Palin. "The program has helped provide nutritious, responsibly-harvested meals to more than 25,000 less fortunate members of society in more than 40 cities across our amazing country."

"Having Sarah Palin join us for Hunt.Fish.Feed will help shine light on the network initiative and spread the word about sportsmen and women who have a positive effect on their communities by donating harvested meat to help feed the less fortunate," said Marc Fein, executive vice president of programming and production for Sportsman Channel. "In the second season of Amazing America with Sarah Palin we get to see a lot of great stories about those who love the outdoors and give their time to help others."

Amazing America with Sarah Palin, produced by Pilgrim Studios, airs on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT. In 12 new episodes, the "First Lady of the Outdoors" takes viewers across the United States to share inspiring stories of outdoor enthusiasts/personalities, craftsmen, and other notable Americans who go out of their way to help others.
