Leadership Change Announced at PRADCO Outdoor Brands

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - PRADCO Outdoor Brands today announced that its President, Ron Ten Berge, is no longer with the company. Tim Collins, CEO of PRADCO's parent company, EBSCO Industries, Inc., has assumed responsibility as Interim President until a permanent President is named. Tim became EBSCO's President in July 2014, after managing its EBSCO information Services business. Tim joined EBSCO in 1987 as a result of an acquisition of a business he founded, which grew into EBSCO's largest division.

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is fully committed to EBSCO Industries, Inc.'s first corporate value: "Customer First." The company recently implemented new IT systems and transitioned its shipping operation to a centralized, state-of-the-art distribution center.

"These investments were made to enhance the level of service to PRADCO's customers," said Collins. "Unfortunately, during this operational transition, the service provided to customers has been inconsistent and, at times, unacceptable. The company acknowledges this and is working to remedy the situation as quickly as possible."

Collins said, "My number one priority at this time is to work to correct our systems challenges and to insure that we deliver hunting and fishing products to our customers in a timely fashion. This is what our customers deserve and this is what we will deliver."
